Return to Work Case Management (RTWCM)
This is provided to implement health and vocational interventions that have been recommended to assist absent employees returning to work after periods of ill-health and/or injury. This service is individual-specific, providing specialised Return to Work (RTW) support, advice and guidance for the worker, employer and other parties to facilitate successful RTW, including phased RTW plans, identification of modified duties and reasonable adjustments.
As well as RTW support, this service provides specialised employment transition support to those seeking new employment in their local labour market. This may include one to one support in identification of suitable local job vacancies, assistance with CV writing, job applications and covering letters, interview coaching, disability disclosure and assistance with job creation and employer negotiation.
Who is it for?
RTWCM is ideal for individuals who have undertaken one of Obair's evaluations and require one to one specialist RTW case management to assist in the facilitation of a RTW plan, support all stakeholders with a return from absence or require support to transition into a new job with specialist job seeking assistance
How the service is offered?
RTWCM focuses on individual-specific support and assistance either face-to-face, via telephone or as online-specialised support for moving into new employment. It can be undertaken on a pay-per-hour basis or by the advance agreement of a set fee, depending on the individual’s needs.
