Nicola is a qualified organisational psychologist with 17 years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation, and also expert witness reporting.

Nicola has expertise in providing transferable skills analysis reports to identify alternative career directions for individuals and supporting them to overcome obstacles for work. She has worked extensively with employers and employees to facilitate and support return to work, and has a proven track record of successful outcomes. She is also experienced in the delivery of training and workshop facilitation for employers in a variety of areas such as stress and cancer in the workplace.

Nicola holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, as well as BPS Level A in Psychological Testing and is a Certified Disability Management Professional (International Disability Management Standards Council). She is also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a member of the Occupational Division of the BPS, a professional member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) as well as a Case Manager Society UK (CMSUK) member.
