Juliet qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapist in 2002 and has extensive experience working with musculoskeletal, neurological and complex physical conditions. Juliet has also worked in mental health services and is trained to provide psychological intervention.
Juliet has worked in both the public and private sectors and has developed expertise in vocational rehabilitation specialising in functional performance reports, workplace assessment, ergonomic assessments and the provision of rehabilitation services. Juliet has continued to upgrade her skills in vocational rehabilitation and is accredited functional capacity evaluator and gained her Disability Management Professional Certificate in 2011.
Juliet is a member of the executive committee for the College of Occupational Therapists (COT) Specialist Section Work. Juliet is also engaged both locally and nationally in education, the work of COT and in promoting vocational rehabilitation in adults.
