Along with Robin, Anne is the founder of Obair and is responsible for overseeing clinical governance and providing clinical guidance and support.

Anne is an occupational therapist with over 34 years’ experience predominantly in musculoskeletal injury/condition management occupational health (OH) and vocational rehabilitation (VR) and gained from working in both Canada and the UK.

Anne has extensive experience in musculoskeletal assessment and management, and particular interest and clinical expertise in hand and upper limb evaluation and rehabilitation. Anne is an accredited functional capacity evaluator and has also completed post-graduate training in Occupational Ergonomics and Job Analysis at the University of Michigan (USA).

Anne is an active member of various professional associations including the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM), the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (IEHF), the CMSUK and the VRA. Anne is also the current Chair of College of OT Specialist Section for Work and was recently awarded a fellowship of the College of Occupational Therapists.
